Food service is an opportunity to provide healthy refueling options to students during the day. Food service areas shall focus on efficiency, allowing students to focus on healthy eating and rejuvenating mealtimes rather than standing in lines. Students shall be able to  make food choices with a variety of healthy options. Nutritional education can be displayed to help students understand the importance of healthy eating and its contribution to learning.
